  • One functional cookie is used, to remember your language preference (smicro_lang).

02What you share with us directly

  • When you contact us by email you share what you choose to include — typically a name, the device, and a description of the fault.
  • We ask only for what the repair needs. We do not ask for an ID number, and we do not ask for payment details over chat.

03Why we hold it

  • To assess the fault, quote the work, and communicate with you about it.
  • To keep an internal record of the device condition and the work performed, and to meet accounting obligations where a paid repair took place.

04Third parties

  • A message you send us by email is handled by your email provider under its own terms.
  • This site is hosted by a hosting provider that processes standard server request data on our behalf.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

05How it is protected

  • The site is served over HTTPS.
  • Access to repair records is limited to those who need it to carry out the work.
